Step 1 – Selecting the perfect system
- An introduction to your Nu-Heat contact: In your first phone call, you’ll meet your account manager with decades of collective expertise, who will guide you through the whole process, from specification to delivery.
- Getting to know you and your project: Your account manager takes the time to understand you and your project so we can tailor your system and design to your needs.
- We get your project moving: Whether it’s getting in touch with your chosen trade team, arranging a visit from your local rep to answer any queries in person, or saving you time by connecting you directly with a trusted Nu-Heat Registered Installer from our expert network, we initiate the next steps to get your project underway.
Step 2 – Design & delivery
- We get to work on your bespoke design: Whether you need a detailed design or simple pipe layouts, we tailor your design to meet the unique needs of you and your project.
- We take care of your BUS and MCS paperwork: As one of the top 4 Boiler Upgrade Scheme applicants in the UK and an MCS certified company, our team is experienced in taking care of all the paperwork needed to ensure you can seamlessly access grants and guarantees.
- We work with you and your installer to get your system to site right on time: Our dedicated customer support team move your project from order through to delivery, keeping you updated throughout.
Step 3 – Installation support & beyond
- We take care of sign-off and commissioning: One of our field engineers will drop in and commission your heat pump so you can secure access to MCS guarantees and BUS grants.
- We give you your custom handover pack: Including user guides for yourself and installation manuals and layout plans for your trade team, our comprehensive handover packs are another way we ensure you have ultimate peace of mind.
- Enjoy true peace of mind with lifetime technical support: With your system up and running you can relax and enjoy it knowing our technical support team are just a phone call away should you need them – at no extra cost.
